Hot tip from a poet

Something about this chart made me smile; must be its similarity to Jubilate Agno, circa 1762:

For I will consider my Cat Jeoffrey
For he is the servant of the Living God duly and daily serving him.
[...]
For he is the quickest to his mark of any creature.
For he is tenacious of his point.
For he is a mixture of gravity and waggery.
For he knows that God is his Saviour.
For there is nothing sweeter than his peace when at rest.
For there is nothing brisker than his life when in motion.

--Christopher Smart
For Jeffrey's Cat won, at 17-1 odds, in the fifth on Sunday at Mountaineer.
For he was the quickest to the wire of any creature in that race.
For the handicapper is a mixture of gravity and waggery.
For there is nothing sweeter than a long-shot coming home first.
